Biography

Sasha has been teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Kanga yoga for the past 8 years, combining her background in psychology, yoga philosophy and reiki to create an integrated practice for self-exploration.

“My goal is to hold space for students to show up, be with and explore their connection to self through breath, movement and stillness. Yoga is a practice for both the head and the heart, the physical and spiritual – the push and pull. It brings about devine balance and interconnectedness within oneself and in turn, to the outside world.”
